Creating a Customized Self-Care Plan

The purpose of this workshop is to give folks a chance to examine stress management strategies. Reflecting on what you are currently doing and learning evidence-based best practices will allow participates to move towards developing an action plan. During the session, participants will be given time to create, or enhance, their own self-care plan!

This wellness-centred workshop is a part of Cultural Studies Colloquium and open to all members of Queen’s and Kingston communities.

Cultural Studies Colloquium


Cultural Studies Colloquium is a speaker series open to all members of Queen’s and Kingston communities. It is a subset of the events of CUST 802/902 (which also includes workshops offered only to students); Colloquium runs on selected Wednesdays 2:30-5:30pm.

Colloquium is convened by Cultural Studies Co-Director Jeff Brison, assisted by PhD student Samia Khan.
