The Union Gallery is always looking for people who are interested in learning new skills and who have some time to offer. Volunteering is a great way to gain training that could be beneficial in future arts related careers. Volunteers at the Union Gallery work in various areas including openings, fundraising, promotions and installation.
Want to join one of Union Gallery's sub-committees for 2018-2019? Click here for information.
Volunteers are also responsible for daily contact with the public through participation as volunteer Gallery Attendants. They are usually the first to greet visitors and answer any questions about the gallery, exhibitions, and events. This is a 2 hour / week committment plus an additional monthly meeting.
Please note that Union Gallery has three application intakes per year to fill shifts in fall, winter, and spring/summer. If you are a new volunteer, please download the application and fill out the availability that best suits which time of year you'd like to begin volunteering.
After completing your application form, please drop it off at the gallery or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
