Under these projects is suspicion of perspective, even my own. Ongoing questioning period with false closure in the form of these three works. The awake experience of myself in this world and the stimulus I interact with coupled with the echoing banter I sleep with is the relationship present here. The fabrications (self-created, borrowed or both) are my attempts to unload my brain basket of fake experiences onto you so I no longer have to think about...well as much as before, that is...this is me expressing myself with fabrications and obsessions...that’s what artists do, right?, express themselves...thank you for taking the load, if it is a load, but thanks regardless.
I was born in Winnipeg, raised in Vancouver and currently reside in Kingston, Ontario. I am an Indo-Canadian, Upper-Middleclass man, Schizo-Affective human, Ismaili Muslim, flat-footed son, and an oddly dressed brother and artist, who labels himself without the words of the world around him.
