thecomputerisdead features 4th year student artists Caitlin Lapena and Sara Perosa. Lapena's mylar drawings and paintings reflect her interest in Japanese street fashion, blogging culture, and the language of abstraction. Perosa's sculptural paintings use the body and found objects in her exploration of the impact of technology on society.

Caitlin Lapena is a fourth year Fine Arts student focusing on drawing and painting, wiht a minor in Art History. She plans to moce to Toronto to pursue a career in the art industry.
Sara Perosa has exhibitied artwork in galleryies across Ontario, includeing the 2014 Toronto Art Expo, and is the recipient of the 2013 Margaret Craig Scholarship in Fine Art. Perosa has taught lessons in Painting to Queen's University Students.
