The Union Gallery has a unique place within the cultural landscape of the City of Kingston in that it is a professionally staffed, student-driven university organization that serves both the Queen’s and the Kingston communites. It is a non-profit organization committed to increasing awareness and appreciation of contemporary visual arts, to supporting excellence in the arts and to creating a place where students can work with professionals to obtain skills training and career development in the visual arts. The organization also works towards an integrated artistic culture for the Queen’s and Kingston communities.

It is a public gallery open four days a week year round. Admission is free.
