Where are you located?

We are located at 101 University Avenue, Kingston, Ontario. If you enter the main building our entrance is in the lobby near the corner of Alfred Street and Union Street. Click this link to see a map.

When are you open?

We are open Tuesday - Friday, 11-5 and Saturday, 11-4:30. In the summer we are open Tuesday - Thursday, 11-5 and Friday and Saturday 11-4. We are open during this hours for public viewing unless we are installing or taking down an exhibition. Please check the website for exhibition dates.

Is it free to visit?

Yes, it is free to visit Union Gallery. We do accept donations.

Who can exhibit at Union Gallery?

Student artists and professional artists.

What is the submission process?

Please see our submission page and download our application package.

Do you sell artwork?

If you are interested in purchasing one of the artoworks on display, we will put you in touch with the artist. Union Gallery does not sell art.

How is Union Gallery funded?

We are very grateful for the assistance from Queen's University, Kingston Arts Council, City of Kingston, Queen's Alma Mater Society, and Queen's Society of Graduate and Professional Students.
